At Created With Purpose Co, we take pride in our made-to-order apparel. Because each item is custom made, we only accept returns for defective items.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective apparel within 30 days from the date your item was shipped. Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges within the United States. If your order arrived damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@createdwithpurposeco.com with a photo of the defective item.
  2. Include Order Details: Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and send you a return label.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that you will not receive a refund until we have received the returned item(s). Additionally, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item is defective.
